During my time as Marketing Manager at Never Summer, I ran our entire Klaviyo email marketing program from start to finish. I designed the overall look/feel of company marketing emails and sms messages to be cohesive with our brand, and created content for email marketing campaigns. I developed and implemented automated, trigger-based email flows to bring customers back to our website based on their recent activities, including abandoned cart, welcome series, rewards program, and more. Additionally, I deployed and tracked all marketing-related emails and reported on the statistics of what was working, A/B testing, and how we can grow our audiences and sales.
